Privacy notice

How we handle website enquiries and contact information.

Contact about your data

Information submitted through this website is received by Fresh Matters, ul. Zdziarska 23 L1, 03-289 Warsaw, Poland. For questions about your personal data, email office@freshmatters.pl.

Information you provide

The form collects your name, company, email and enquiry, along with any optional phone number, quantity, deadline and attachments. Please avoid submitting sensitive information or personal data that is not needed to discuss your project.

Purpose and lawful basis

We use your information to respond, prepare a proposal and manage business correspondence. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries when you represent a company (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing information is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply.

Recipients and retention

Hosting and email providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and business relationship, and subsequently where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and, where applicable, data portability or object to processing. You may complain to the Polish data protection authority or another competent supervisory authority. Your information is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

Website operation and cookies

This website uses no advertising or analytics tools and sets no cookies. When you switch language, entered information stays in the current page’s memory; it is not written to persistent browser storage. The server briefly uses IP addresses to limit form abuse. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs.

WhatsApp and external links

WhatsApp opens only when you follow its link. That service is governed by its provider’s privacy terms. Email and telephone are available as alternatives.
